I am a creative director and textile designer with over 20 years in fashion and home textiles, specializing in print and pattern design for bedding and apparel.
I have a BFA in Communication Design from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, with a specialization in Fashion Design. My work has spanned Kate Spade, DKNY, Betsey Johnson, LeSportsac, and a range of top bedding and fashion companies in New York — most recently as Design Director at Berkshire Home Company, where I developed the Draper James bedding line from scratch, partnering with the Draper James design team to launch the brand into the home category. The collection reaches customers through HomeGoods, Marmaxx, QVC, and the brand's own site — four channels with very different buyers, from a single coherent line.
My key strengths are developing strong concepts through extensive trend research and building whole, cohesive collections, while collaborating closely with design, product development, and overseas teams, including long-standing manufacturing partners in China.
In July 2026, I relocated to Piedmont, Italy with my husband, two children, and our cat, Oso. From my studio near Italy's Biella textile district, I work remotely with US and international brands on print and pattern, color, trend, and creative direction. This fall, I'm open to remote freelance and contract roles — from single projects to ongoing partnerships.
My personal passions run parallel to my professional ones: art, design, quilting, knitting, and travel. I love design and craft, and delivering products of lasting quality.
